Course of cooperation

Our cooperation begins with the packaging of your requirements for suitable applicants through an order form for the specific position to be filled. Further details can be added to this order form during consultation with our personnel staff. Completed order forms can be sent via e-mail, fax, or by regular post to our nearest branch office. All contracts are negotiated with our personnel consultant and conclude with a contract of mediation. This contract is the result of mutual cooperation and agreement reached with our personnel consultant, who will discuss with you all the possibilities of employee selection, your personnel requirements and also provide you with a draft of contract conditions.

 

After the contract is signed, we begin the search process. The most effective source is our large database of candidates for full-time employment. We also provide the services of Executive search,  specialized advertisement serviceas well as other commercial and non-commercial databases to assist you in our search. Candidates can be chosen from your own internal resources too. The selection of suitable candidates to be recommended follows next. Selection is possible also with the help of our Assessment services. To assist you at personal interviews and for the simplification of the decision process, each potential employee will be given an introduction card which will contain detailed information about our search results and relevant information regarding your potential employee -- their education, experience, abilities and assessment results.
