Our cooperation beings with the signing of a contract on provided services and with the receiving of your order form listing the characteristics and qualifications desired for the potential employee. This is followed by the search and selection for your leased employee and a detailed assessment of their skills.
After agreeing to a worker, the signing of the contract of employment takes place, followed by basic orientation into their new working position and an understanding of the provisions of leasing. At the end of the month you are asked to confirm the hours of the work done by the hired employee and we will see to the paying of their wages. Following this, you will be invoiced for the services provided.
