Change of employee
- right for a quick and free exchange in case of an employee's departure, or your dissatisfaction with the chosen candidate
- minimal time guarantee is the same time span as the trial period of the chosen candidate
- possibility of prolonging the guarantee for another 6 months from the beginning of worker's work or the possibility to agree on an individual time span.
Financial guarantee
- right for obtaining aliquot part of sum for not using services in case of a candidate's departure during the period of minimal guarantee (payment only for the number of days of a lasting contract of employment)
- aliquot distribution of payment in the scope of the agreed guarantee period.
Guarantee of time saving
- saving of your time necessary for searching of candidates and handling of the incoming CVs
- saving of your time necessary for the selection of candidates and personal interviews.
Guarantee of wages for allocated workers
- assigning of wages to temporary workers including of transfers defined by law and other labor costs, contractually agreed on by both parties beforehand
- photocopies of payrolls of temporary workers are a stable part of invoicing.
Guarantee of independent consultant
- in the frame of securing quality of provided services you have the right on an independent personnel consultant with experience in the set area
- by an order of more than 25 temporary workers, you have the right on an exclusive personnel senior consultant.
Guarantee of damage liability
Company Index Nosluš is insured for the case of damage done by its worker up to the amount of 10 000 000,- Skk.
